Nobody can unfreeze a wallet for a fee — including us. The refusal is written into the token contract itself. Anyone who contacts you offering to release frozen funds, especially soon after it happened, is stealing from you a second time.
We will never ask for a seed phrase or a private key, and neither will anyone legitimate. Checking an address only ever needs the public address.
